How much are our itineraries?

For both the customisable and bespoke (Pathfinder) options, after you complete our Enquiry form, we begin with a discovery call to make sure we’re the right fit and to understand your travel style, budget, and needs.

• We provide a tailored proposal and next steps

• Once the deposit is paid, we begin designing your itinerary

• Once the itinerary is finalised, we will send you a draft for approval before we finalise everything

Customisable Itineraries

• Flat fee: £300

• Deposit: £100 (taken after our discovery call)

• Covers trips of up to 14 days for up to two people (if you’re travelling with your family or a larger group, simply let us know in the form and we’ll provide you with a personalised quote)

• Includes a fully personalised itinerary with recommendations for locations, accommodation, activities, transport routes, and more

• You take care of all bookings independently, with our guidance

Bespoke Itineraries

• Deposit: £250 (taken after our discovery call

• The total cost includes the full cost of your trip (e.g. hotels, transport, activities, passes, etc.) plus a 20% commission on the total booking value

You’ll have the option to pay in instalments, but the full balance must be settled at least one month before departure.
