If you’d like to give this as a gift, just get in touch! We can provide a voucher or (if you feel confident) design a trip for a special person.

Tell us about your expectations
Fill in our Enquiry Form or Contact us to request a discovery (video) call. We’ll get to know your passions, pace, and what your expectations are. Based on your requirements, we can either design your trip based on our themed itineraries (customisable) or fully design your trip (bespoke) and book everything for you.
Once we receive your initial inquiry, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss your travel preferences, goals, and budget. We’ll guide you through every step - from the initial concept to the final itinerary.

Give us time to craft your itinerary
Once you're happy with the information you’ve shared, Sugimichi will kindly request a deposit before we begin designing your itinerary.
From there, we’ll get to work: creating a personalised journey shaped around your expectations, filled with practical tips, and off the beaten path locations or even taking care to book everything for you (don’t worry, we’ll be in touch to make sure you’re happy with our itinerary before we finalise it!). This process usually takes a couple of weeks, we’re a small team and want to take the time to make it special.

Get ready to travel
Depending on the itinerary you have chosen, you will either have everything booked for the dates of your trip with tips, timings, confirmations, hidden gems, and thoughtful touches. or a beautiful itinerary you can use anytime with fantastic recommendations! Our team will always available if you have any questions.
