Tell us about your expectations
Fill in our Itinerary Form or Contact us to request a video call. We’ll get to know your passions, pace, and what your expectations are. These bespoke itineraries also make unforgettable gifts, perfect for occasions like honeymoons, milestone birthdays, or a once-in-a-lifetime surprise.
If you’d like to offer this as a gift, just get in touch! We can either provide a voucher or design the entire trip specifically for your giftee.

Give us time to craft your itinerary
Once you're happy with the information you’ve shared, Sugimichi will be in touch to confirm the details. Please note that we kindly request payment in advance before we begin designing your itinerary.
From there, we’ll get to work: creating a personalised journey shaped around your expectations, filled with practical tips, and off the beaten path locations. This process usually takes a couple of weeks, we’re a small team and want to take the time to make it special.

Reserve your tailored design
To begin handcrafting your itinerary, we ask for a design deposit of £250. This allows us to dive deep and create something truly tailored (and it’s deducted from your final booking!). You’ll also receive your beautiful welcome pack at this stage, with a timeline of next steps and some general Japan guidance to get you started.

Receive your travel outline
We’ll design a journey around your interests, tastes and timing. Think of it as a story written just for you, with dates, ideas, and magic woven in.
Confirm & book
Love what you see? We’ll finalise everything and handle the bookings. All you need to do is pack - we’ll take care of the rest!

Travel with confidence
Before departure, you’ll receive a beautifully crafted travel handbook with everything you need: tips, timings, confirmations, hidden gems, and thoughtful touches. Our concierge service will be available throughout your trip to handle any questions.
